Ainslie is a qualified company secretary and risk manager, a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and Chartered Governance Institute and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Risk Management Institute of Australasia. Ainslie has held various corporate governance, company secretarial and risk management roles over the past 16 years with global ASX publicly listed companies predominantly in the resources, retail and financial services sectors. Ainslie also holds a Certified Practising Risk Manager CPRM® Certificate as a CPRA® Certified Practising Risk Associate. Ainslie is specialising in the key areas of: Corporate Governance; Company Secretary; and Risk Management.

Ainslie has been an Assistant Company Secretary & Risk Manager for multiple ASX public listed companies. In addition, Ainslie has been responsible for managing annual reporting, investor relations programs including media enquiries and analyst briefings.

Ainslie has also been involved in a number of large corporate transactions including capital raisings, debt issues, and takeovers, and been part of ensuring all regulatory requirements relating to those transactions were met.
